without diseases. Exercise keeps the body in its shape with more power. It is very important to do workout daily because it helps the body to fight back many diseases, and also heals damages on the body. Exercise like running,push up's,crunches helps in boosting stamina while giving more power and also gives
a ripped body at the same time. Doctors recommends physical exercise to patients so that they can improve quickly. But it is very hard for some people to do workout daily,their are many reasons for this. But one gets started,it is easy for them to do it. Workout gives strength, concentrait, motivation. Exercises like walking helps to maintain body's system. Daily workout is the best way to avoid body problem or diseases. Healthy food is also a good thing which keeps body away from diseases, and also helps to increase power so that we can do exercise daily with out problem.
