Planks are very helpful in getting a proper body shape as it directly gives strength to both upper and lower body. It is a full body workout which reduces fat and gives the body a proper shape without any equipment. It is not hard to do, no much time is required to this exercise. Just 2 minutes every day will boost muscles of whole body and it also helps to reduce fat. 

How to do planks:-
1.It is very simple, just get into press up position. Place you'r hands under shoulders.
2.Then lower your body, but keeping your back straight, and just bend elbows slowly and put weight      on forearms not on hands.
3.The body should be in a form like straight line from forearms to the toes.
4.Now,suck your belly inside, it helps to tighten up belly and makes abs.
5.Now, just hold this position for almost 20 seconds in starting. After 1 week, increase this time to 30 or 40 seconds.

Effects of planks:-
1.Tighten ups belly,[reduces belly fat].
2.Reduces back pain as it gives strength to core which directly effects on back pain.
3.Improves posture of body as it effects whole body without any movement. 
4.Works on ever muscle of body which brings flexibility  in body parts.
